Integrated Pelvic Health Program
The Integrated Pelvic Health Program, affiliated with Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, Prentice Women’s Hospital, and Northwestern Memorial Hospital, provides comprehensive, multidisciplinary care for women with pelvic floor disorders. Pelvic floor disorders, such as urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse, are common disorders and often lead women to limit their regular activities and create significant physical and emotional burden. Many women are taught to accept these disorders and their symptoms as a “normal” part of aging or suffer in silence because they are too embarrassed to speak with their doctors. We’d like to change that.
